Water supply is adequate. Hose supplies good steady pressure.
Is it possibly the unloader valve?

Troubleshooting a Surging Pressure Washer If you pull the trigger on your pressure washer and the pressure is good for a moment then falls off, you've got a surge problem. Also, when the trigger is released, pressure builds up to normal levels. This is generally a sign that the water supply cannot provide the flow rate (gallons per minute) required by the pump. Here are a few things you can do to rectify the situation.
1. Make sure the supply is not restricted; that there are no under-sized fittings and the inlet screen is unobstructed.
2. Make sure the flow rate of the water supply is sufficient for the pump. First, find the capacity of your pump in gallons per minute (gpm) as shown in the Water Supply. Then determine the flow rate of your supply by measuring the gallons that can be delivered in one minute. If your supply does not deliver the gpm your pump requires, do not use the pump. It will **** air, causing cavitation which can quickly damage pump components.
3. Check for leaks in the supply fittings. Any leak will cause the pump to draw air and perform poorly.

Maybe bad pump. Remove wand and wand hose, run machine with water in. High pressure water coming out of wand/hose connection, bad wand or hose. No high pressure water, bad pump, replace.

Pressure washer won't deliver pressurized water.

sounds like you have a blockage maybe in your water hose ,ideally your water hose should be around 25 feet..or you may have an o ring in the gun where the tip goes.. is broken..that will affect your pressure..check also filter where water hose connects to the pump make sure thats clear

The chemical injection system on my craftsman 2500psi washer will not inject cleaner through the wand. have cleaned all parts and still won't work

The chemical injection system works by siphon action. You must have the black or largest/ low pressure tip installed for it to work properly. If you feel any pressure at the wand, most likely will not work. If your wand has the adjustable type tip, it may have a restriction causing pressure and not allowing siphon action. If you continue having trouble with siphon, you could plug/shut of siphon and install an aftermarket injector between the wand and the pump (not expensive). Sold at www.pwmall.com Good luck

I live in the naples fl. area .--where can i get my comet axd 3030 pump rebuilt and what is the cost?

These AXD pumps usually do not require a rebuilding process. What happens is the unloader / bypass valve gets stuck and you do not get any output pressure. What you can do is tip you pressure washer so that the input and output fittings are vertical and actually dump oil into the water supply hole. (3 oz at least) Slowly pull the recoil (ign off) and add a bit more oil and let it sit overnight. Then the next day once again pull the recoil through and let it sit another 10 minutes. Then connect all hoses (Purge the air in the garden hose) BEFORE connecting the main water supply and start the unit then running at MAX SPEED rapidly fan the wand trigger. What your doing is cycling the unloader valve. Do not do this for more than 2 minutes if the pressure does not suddenly start. IF the pressure builds continue at lease another 30 rapid cycles of the wand trigger.
I lost count on just how many pressure washers I have brought back to a good working service life by just doing the above. I do know it is a substantial number.
Give this a try before you go off on the need to rebuild the pump avenue.

My husband removed the steam wand from our Pasquini Livia because I am running out of steam too soon and I thought the wand needed to be tightened. Now we need to know exactly how the springs go back when...

There should be a brass disk also. The spring goes in first, then the brass disk with the curved side down, then the wand, and then the nut.
Low steam pressure, could be a sign of scale build up, or the heater is getting covered with sediment. The heating element is on the bottom of the boiler on a Pasquini. Also check you pressure gauge. It should b shutting off at 1.1bar of pressure. If it is lower that could be another cause of low pressure. It can be turned up by the pressurestat.

Very low pressure on delta 470 faucet

To get full pressure you need to pull the wand away from the base. Then remove the wand from the hose becareful not to loose the washer. When the wand is removed look down the wand you will see a plastic part. That plastic part is a flow restrict-er. You need to put a screw in the restrict-er and pull it out. When it is out put wand back on the hose then you will have full water pressure.

Low water pressure and no heat

Check heating element to see if its continuous, a ohms meter helps here, if open replace, as for water pressure depending on you faucet pressure, if its not the same thers a blockage...pressure wands are suceptible to as much as a gain o salt, so thouroughly clean with needles, wires or pressure(air) backwards...nozzles and all fitments!

Water not coming through espresso side although steam wand works fine

you both can have same problem, solution is:

  1. low pressure of pump (or too fone grinded coffee)
  2. security valve of boiler openes to early and dont let the pump to rise pressure enough for good brewing( if it is this you can see water returning back to container if you have 2nd pipe in your machines reservoir)
