Not likely

The tip will be too small for

What type nozzle do I need to spray truck bed liner.

You did not mention what you would be using (material wise) but I assume it must be oil/Alkyd base for that use a .411 or .413 thin material about 15% and make sure you strain the paint first.

there are two main passages in a gun.
the fluid side and the air side.
sounds like you allready did the right thing by dismanteling and cleaning everything.
lets assume the gun is good.
i would look at your air supply system. you may be over working it and it cant keep up with your demand.
or the regulator for the air is on the blitz.

strip the gun down and clean all the passages where the fluid goes.
make sure you are getting fluid through the line that connects to the gun.

Finish is rough

Spraying smooth needs both the right airflow and right viscosity. Since your getting lap lines I would say your putting it on too thick. Thin down your coat, it should be approximately the thiness of water.

Try cleaning the spray tip , if you can get the tip out just soak it in all purpose solvent for a while if its not that maybe the paint is too thick try thinning a little with appropriate liquid [ turps or water ]
