Question about Sega Genesis 2 Console
A lot of older systems sometimes do something of that nature if there is a bit of dust in them.
Take a q-tip or cotton ball and put a bit of alcohol on it. Gently rub the inside of the game system where the cartridge connects in and the tabs on the cartridge as well. Best of luck.
