Frigidaire washer will not wash or spin

Hello friend, thank you for your post!
I understand that your Frigidaire washer will not wash or spin. Typically if your washer is not spinning it could be a potential issue with your drain hose. I would check to assure that there are no kinks in your drain line or that the drain hose is not too long. Those could be some possibilities.
If the drain line is clear you could be experiencing an issue with your timer or drain pump. I would recommend seeking assistance from a professional to come out and properly diagnosis your washer. I hope this helps. -Matt

My frigidaire washer does not drain

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that the washer on your Frigidaire laundry center, model# FEX831CS, is not draining. First, check the drain hose for any kinks or clogs inside of it. Secondly, make sure that the drain pipe is not clogged. Finally, reset your washer, by either unplugging it or shutting the power of at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and try starting any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

Front Load Washer will not drain. Frigidaire Gallexy Washer Model # GLTF2940FS0. Get Error Code "E20".

This is an error code for a slow drain or no drain at all problem. It can be due to a clogged/kinked drain hose, blocked drain filter/coin trap, or a broken drain pump. The link below provides the detailed troubleshooting procedure of this error code. In addition, replace the drain pump after having found no problem with the drain hose, cleaned the filter, and checked the drain pump impeller but the drain pump just hums or whirs.

Error Code E20 on Frigidaire Front Load Washing Machines

Hello, Frigidaire washer will not drain, its not clogged. makes loud humming noise when it should drain.

The drain pump has gone bad , it probably has a broken impeller. These units require you to remove the back panel to replace the drain pump assy.

Frigidaire front load washer won't drain or spin

This often is a drain hose that is too low or a drain hose that has been pushed too far down inside the stand pipe....the water is actually siphoning out of the washer. Do not "seal" the drain hose to the house plumbing pipe, this will also allow the water to be siphoned out.
