Question about Cell Phones
Try using a rubber eraser on the contacts of the battery, phone and sim card. the contacts on the phone protude upwards so do not rub them sideways as they will bend!. rub quiet hard on all the contacts.. the sim card can come loose if you have maybe dropped it , so ensure the slide or clip is holding it firmly in place. if it is a plastic clip that you lift up to remove the sim, slide it up first and after cleaning make sure it is slid back down to hold it in place. if the clip comes off it is no problem to click it back on to the small lugs then replace the sim card don,t, force it you will see the sim has a piece cut out of one corner and it can only go in one way! .look at it before removing it to clean. if it a sim that comes out the side push it in to loosen it will pop out a little then remove etc.. hope this helps, regards terry
