The power supply is causing your issue and if your savy enough to do a little soldering and replaceing some bad capacitors this link to a PDF file explains the issue in depth. If you don't think you can handle the electrical work, then you will need a tech to take a look at the power supply for you. What is happening is the power supply is not getting up to power and therfore won't turn on or bring up any codes to follow.

Ws 73909 has bad dm module. Where can I get it repaired or replaced?

If this is for the green blinking light issue, you can easily fix yourself if you have a soldering iron. It is just a few capacitors. But if you can't, then just about any mom n pop service compony will fix it for you, but will charge a lot of money to do it.

Tv won't turn on, even if I push the reset button

projection TV`s have integrated protection circuits
built into the circuit design, these circuits turn the
power off automatically when a fault has bin detected this
is in order to prevent a more costly repair, these circuits monitor
power supply , vertical and horizontal deflection
over voltage, or x ray, and also faults with convergence circuits.
Diagnosing these faults require test equipment and a good knowledge of
electronic repair techniques, and also a repair manual.
