Question about Computers & Internet
Your problem is caused by the fact that Speakeasy v.1.3.0 is obsolete and no longer supported by the new firmware. Ideally you should access the recordings the direct way, using a pc:
1. Download and install iPhone Browser
2. Connect your iPhone via USB to PC.
3. Open iPhone Browser and find Documents directory at the following address - root/var/mobile/documents
4. Here you will see several files with extension *.caf - these are your recordings, copy/move them to your PC - by default the *.caf files are opened with QuickTime
If you don't want to use a pc then just connect to it as instructed then copy them to your Mac, do not attempt to play them directly - it still allows you to copy the files. Only once you have the .caf files in your Mac play them in QT.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
