Hi, We have a Grande Cafe , it is 6 years old, never had a problem. The barbecue wouldn't start, went out to get a new propane gas tank, hooked it up, but still wouldn't start. What do you think?

I think the problem is with the Over Fill Protection Device valve in the propane tank and it's locked up the grill's regulator. To solve the problem turn the tank valve OFF. Disconnect the grill's hose from the tank and wait 5 minutes. Reconnect the hose to the tank and turn the tank valve ON VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow). Once the valve is fully open, turn on and light the burner that farthest from the grill first. Does the burner light and the flame height look correct? If so, light the remaining burners the same way. Now, do all the burners flames look correct? If so, you solved the problem. Remember to always turn the tank valve ON very, very slowly.

If the above didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the grill's hose/regulator assembly. You can purchase one at any home center or hardware store that sells gas grills and accessories. Take your old one with you for comparison purposes.

Hope this helped you to solve the problem. Please let me know. Thanks and Happy Grilling!!

You should have the injectors cleaned, As fuel gets old, the most burnable part of it evaporates This leaves a very liquid gunk behind, the gunk contains some very big bits of rubbish, (compared to clean fuel or injectors) it sounds as though you have blocked injectors. If you give them a good clean and fill the tank with new fuel you should fix the problem.

Can't chat in facebook

Hi there,

Most of our internet cafe customers problem when the internet connection is bad is that they wouldn't be able to chat in Facebook. So, my advice is check your internet connection because it's likely that it's the cause why you can't. You reboot your PC and your modem (un-plug and re-plug your internet source). Try other sites as well to see how the refresh rate is. If it's too slow then we can conclude it's your internet connection that causes it. Maybe then you should wait 'til it goes back fine. You may also try other browser.
