Replace clutch plate

Hi, takes a while to do but reasonably easy. Only downside is you need a few special tools to lock the clutch cage and remove the clutch. These tools are not cheap and most bike workshops won't lend them out readily. You can try though or see if anyone you know has the necessary tools. Good luck.

Marcy Upright Fan Cycle - Fan Hitting Cage As It Spins

You did great with the assembly, however, you're off on the alignment. Try to adjust to pull the axle in the opposite direction to clear the cage.

Fan picks up dust

Dear friend,
You need to clean the outer cage of the fan with the help of a dry paint bursh or a dry tooth brush.
Later, open the cage and clean the blades by spraying liquid cleaner and wiping it with dry cotton cloth, alternatively you can use water to clean it.

Regards,
Priyank Abhineet.

I do not know how to clean this fan. Do I need any tool for cleaning this fan? Thanks

generally a soft brush should work fine. Also if you have it compressed air will help. this can be doen without opening up the cage. but opening up the cage might make it easier

How do I remove the hard drive from a m7580n HP desk top? I cannot reach the back screws is there a special phillips head tool required?

did you remove the cage? You have to take out the entire cage to be able to remove the harddrive from the cage itself.

Hi,
Just a suggestion. Make sure the back part of the cage is securely fastened to the motor housing. Good Luck,

I bought an older unit Viking Ultra line range hood. I'm cleaning it and wonder how I should go about cleaning the blades of the squirrel cage fans. Thanks. Karen

I took the motor out of the range hood. There is a set screw holding the squirrel cage fan in place which I unscrewed enough to slide the fan part off. I then boiled the part in a deep pan with lots of dish soap. I then brushed away the remaining debris. Avoid using dishwasher detergent which is effective but seems to erode the aluminum.
