Im not sure on mac computers but you might right click on your mp3 player and see what options are available

click start control panel administrive tools computer management disk management right click on your mp3 player select properties click tools you should see click check now click start two boxes automatically fix files and scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors place then a tick in both boxes then select check now start or you might tick one box then return after its finished the first repair then return and tick the second box you should not do anything while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may damage this mp3 player

this is for windows im not sure about mac computers

hope it helps anyway

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Are you connecting to your computer, opening the player and deleting them that way?
If so, try emptying the trash/recycle bin before unplugging.
The files are marked to be deleted, but are still there, that's how you can get them back out of trash.
This is not a problem on a disk drive with lots of space, but if it was full before deleting, there is still no spare space until you get rid of the files completely.

How can i delete music from my player

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio
Books, etc. from MP3 Player/Ipod
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal
Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you
do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release,
right click and then click on "Delete"
Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps

I have formatted my zen stone , and all files are gone for the system. i think. i can't listen music anymore can somebody help me please

if you have formatted your zen stone there is going to be nothing on there, because formatting is when it deletes everything. so in order to listen to music you will have to put some on, whatever you are trying to listen to music from.

Just need to plug the player in your USB port and computer will detect it as a additional drive. You just need to copy paste the new music files and delete the existing music files

Won't format and won't play mp3

try loading files on different bit rates and see what bitrate your player can play. some player wont play files that are directly copied to the player, it needs a certain software to encode it to its standard format. sony walkman is an example, it has its own software to encode files from mp3 to its own supported format.
