You always want to color after. the karatin will lighten any artificial hair color and with demi it may ruin your hair so always color after, you will need to wait 3 months after color for another karatin treatment.

If you used a dye that has metal oxide particles in it, NO you cannot use anything that has bleach, it will react with the oxide and cause you to loose hair.

Do demi-permanent hair colors have ammonia in them?

No, demi- permanent hair colors should not have ammonia in them although they do have some peroxide in which is why they last for about 28 washes as opposed to semi-permanents which only last for 6-8 washes.

Gray hair is resistant to accept color.....You might try to find one of 2 products: " Zotos Porosity Equalizer" from Sally's or any beauty supply store. Also, Clairol has a new formulation called "Gray Solution", where there is a cream added to gray hair prior to adding color. This is for next time you plan to color.
In the meantime, you may want to purchase Roux Fanci-Full Color Styling Mousse in either #19 or #18 to tone down the red tones from your local beauty supply or online.Good Luck

How do I Take Care Of My Hair Once I Dye .....

just like you would normally! it'll still fade a little bit over time because it's a do-it-yourself kit, but you don't need to do anything special. there are special "color treated" specific shampoo and conditioners out there you can use if you'd like to be on the safe side. the only thing i'd be careful about is swimming in chlorinated water - that might change the color.

Have bleached my hair using powder bleach and 9 vol peroxide can i put koleston 12/1 colour on top of it

I would not do that. if you are wanting to go darker. If you are blond and you use an ash color, it will go really ashy or bluish. However if you are trying to go lighter, yes you can. use at least 30 vol. and follow timing instructions.

Help it made my hair to dark how can i rinse out

The color which is in your hair will be there untill you remove them with the help of bleach, I will not recomment you to do a bleach as u have recently colored your hair and it can cause damage to your hair... i will recommend oil treatmet, do a coconut oil massage evry night and wash it back in morning do it for a week and then next week you can bleach your hair so that it will not be damaged
