FIrst you need to find a site where to download samsung applications, the applications must be a .jar or a .jad file. Once you've downloaded it, connect your phone to your PC using the USB cable, select, "Mass storage", then find the location in your memory card where you want to save it. After that, disconnect your phone from the computer, find the apps in your phone, just open the apps and you'll be prompted to install it. Then, you'll see that apps under the Games and More section. If you get an error when installing the apps, it is possible that the app is corrupted, so you need to download it again.

please check your camera and gallery settings there must be something wrong with it. i would also recommend to install Antivirus just to check if there's some unwanted virus which might be corrupting your files/pictures.
