Question about Computers & Internet
You will need to connect your camcorder to your computer through a usb port and install it
once its connected to the usb lead it should automatically in windows 7 or you might have to open it open up manually click start right click on my computer you should see your mass storage device if you dont see it
click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll through all of the devices if you see a yellow question or exclamation mark or a red x you will need to update the driver right click on the device to update driver
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it
click start click on my computer to open from there you should see your camera then right click to open you should find the video file in there
click start all programs accessories open windows explorer navigate to your video file
right click on the video file select copy navigate back to the video folder right click select paste or select the video file hold the mouse cursor then drag the video file to your video folder then drop it in
or if you are downloading photos from the internet
once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it
a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another device or a usb device
