Yes, all TVs have a fuse. You'll usually find it in a spring-clip holder on the circuit board inside the cabinet. Look for it in the area where the power cord connects to the board. Most TV sets use a small cartridge fuse, but some sets use a different type.
If you're asking this because your TV has gone dead, just be aware that if the fuse is bad it's normally because something else in the set failed and caused the fuse to blow. Fuses very seldom just go bad on their own. If you change the fuse, don't be surprised if it goes bad again.
And while this should go without saying, I'll say it anyway: be sure to unplug the TV from the AC outlet before taking the back off. You can get a nasty shock if you forget this step.
