, and includes phone number. Given that this monitor is new, I would suggest telephoning LG for support, and if it is not resolved sufficiently, returning the monitor. This monitor should run perfectly with the supplied driver, and if not, there is a hardware malfunction or conflict. LG should be able to tell you definitively if there is a way to solve the problem, and if not, suggest that you return and replace it.
