Some of the keys in my lap top do not work properly.Eg For symbol and & I have got to press slash. Like wise there are many symbols that doesnt work properly. This is from Sri Lanka. Please help_

You have to change the keyboard layout in your Operating System.
I really don't know about an Layout for Sri Lanka but you can try different ones that match your keys.
If you bought it in another country it could be set to that countries default layout.

My Portable hard drive will only work on 1 computer

First make sure usb cable connected to harddrive is working fine.
try it in different usb ports.
Press windows key +R key so you can see run then type in run "devmgmt.msc" then press ok so you can see device manager uninstall all usb drivers then it automatic install usb drivers.
then check.
Also you need to change registry for that type in run "regedit" then press ok then you can see registry editor then locate below key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
And remove upper filter and lower filter. Then restart computer then check.
If your harddrive still not recognized then you need to repair your harddrive.Try your harddrive in different computer if it is not recognized on another computer then your harddrive has internal issue.

Spilled wine in keyboard

it really depends, on the logitech stuff they have the accidental spill holes in the bottom so liquid doesn't pool but there is a possibility that it could have saturated the board and ruinied the internals, just try to dry it out as best you can and hope for the best

Keyboard

Unless you have the patience and know-how to tear it apart and clean it all up I would say you would save a lot of money on aspirin by getting a new one. Almost every one I've seen taken apart for something like this ends up with loose keycovers which sometimes jam against each other and do not allow the key to actually strike the sensor so spell-checker is a constant companion with them.

Sticky keyboard

You can carefully take off the keys and pop them back on. Use alcohol to wipe up any stickiness.

Thinkpad T21 keeps turning itself off

You're going to have to open the machine up, which isn't something I recommend for a novice. It's possible the fan has become sticky and isn't turning properly, so the thermostat is shutting the system down. It's also possible there is a short somewhere. Does the keyboard work properly? Is it sticky? Was it red or white wine? (it could make a difference, but it doesn't) Good luck
