You should be able to download a user guide from the brand's website.
When asking for help, always include brand names and model numbers of anything related to the problem, other wise you can only ever get a general answer.
There is a good chance the main power supply is at fault; this is very common. However, you can try disconnecting the AC from the set overnight since these sets are very complex and if not well-engineered, they can experience 'lockup' and not function as they should.
