Do the following:
Take out cartridge and put them back in place.
Unplug power cord.
Turn printer upside down and shake it a bit, to look for foreign objects such as small screws etc.
Open all printer doors and look for fragments of paper.
Close all doors and plug printer back.
If after this the printer does not clear the error it is probably faulty.
