    Did as you instructed, but no change. The black line is still there. The TV is still under warranty, so I will inform Sanyo. Thank you.

Hi,
I'm afraid it seems problem of lcd panel (screen) that need to be replaced to correct the issue.
If tv is under warranty, please call number written on warranty document to get warranty cover OR lcd panel replacement would cost you approx new tv price.

    Hello -- Press the reset key on its remote control twice. This will reset and restores your HDTV to its factory setting. All user customiszed settings will be erased. After resetting, check it. If this fault is there and no effect seen, if your Tv is in warranty period, inform this fault to your nearest Sanyo service center. In most cases this will be a display pannel problem. OK.

    Ok. Do it without any delay. Never switch on this set till this fault is rectified. It will lead to other faults to come in. OK

Samsung HPR4272X/XAA has 2 black bars going from top to bottom.


I really do not know there is the "Stuck Pixel Fixer programs" I think that Program Breakdown another IC. For this issue is absolutely the Plasma display panel have problem. You shall exchange it.

Red 2 inch vertical line on right side of Vizio TV


That problem caused by a connection between LCD crystal and matrix driver,no tools yet to reconnect that metal to crystal connector,Claim warranty right away that will multiply or became larger.

We are getting a picture but no sound.


First go to menu make sure audio is not turned off CK speaker . then audio output IC.

Shadows on screen


Try moving a medium powered magnet (not one for picking up heavy objects and not a refrigerator holding one) over the distorted area. If that doesn't work, try a more powerful one. This worked for my Toshiba LCD. Good luck!

Sharp aquos hdtv has sound but shows a white screen


yes and no. That particular tv you have is done for, but if you just purchased it 6 months ago, you are still within you 1 year warranty with sharp. they will ask you to take it to a authorized service center and you need to follow through with the process. about a week or 2 will pass and the service center will deem the unit unrepairable and sharp will replace it if they cant solve the problem. give em call..good luck 2u

call the repair guy, he will be able to diagnose, prbably a bord problem.
