You can try a couple of things. Unplug the machine, push in and hold the power on button for 30seconds or longer, plug back in and reboot, see if you can back into boot config. If not, power off, unplug, open case, remove the small LI-ION battery, its the round one in the middle of you MOBO. Press and hold power button like before. Replace, re-plug, re-try. Hope this works...cross your fingers.

It is not so troublesome that you forgot Windows password, you can see this article about Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000 password recovery. Two steps:
1. Create a password reset disk;
2. Reset Windows server 2008/2003/2000 local or domain password offline!
