There are only a few manufacturers of treadmills and they put a bunch of diffierent brand names on them. The E02 error is most likely a "no power to motor" error. Open it up and make sure the electical connectors to the motor are firmly attached. Hopefully this the problem and it is easily solved.

If it is more than just the wire attachement, it might be the fuse for the motor or, a bad motor control panel (this would be the most expensive option and likely not worth replacing. Look for a glass fuse (glass tube with metal on each end) and see if it is bad. The elevation motor might have a separate fuse so look for both.

Good luck

You should be able to look at the clear glass. There supposed to be a wire connecting the metal caps on each end of the glass tube. The wire will be melted or missing if Tripped. They are usually obvious when tripped. The wire will be fairly thick on one for this size motor and obvious that it is missing/melted. Make sure you get an exact replement.

Sierra motorized treadmill with e2 code error

E02" You may not have enough voltage going to the machine. Turn the machine off and on
again at the switch at the rear of the treadmill. If this does not fix the problem you may have lower board problem see the diagrams attached and fix it.

Carl lewis treadmill

I also have this problem. I rang Carl Lewis Support and they said to check the connections on the circuit board (Located in the floor panel next to the motor). If the treadmill had recently been moved something may have been dislodged. I checked mine and found a few loose wires and plugged them fully back in but this didn't help my treadmill. I'm awaiting a response from an e-mail i sent them now.
