it can be either of the files. the corel files that must be missing or some window files that are neededto complete the installation.with the missing files the installation cannot complete..try reloading the software with the other corel software cd.

  • tech expert12 Aug 15, 2008

maximum chances is of the faulty or csratched software cd.some files could not be read n thats why the installation stops showing the error.

  • tech expert12 Aug 15, 2008

reloading with another software cd should solve the problem.

    pls do rate the solution.

One long beep and two smaller beeps when i turn it on the only thing that appears is a little box with red blue and green.

This sounds like a video graphics card problem, remove the video card to see if there is any change in the beeps or lack of, and post me back with the results.

Error1606

These are the fixes for that error that I am familiar with...The first one usually does it.

Click on “Start-Run, type “regedit” (without the quotes) Navigate to this registry path:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER --> Software --> Microsoft --> Windows --> Current Version --> Explorer --> User Shell Folders
Clear the key: Recent (right mouse click on the key/folder, choose “Delete”) Close the Registry Editor and restart the computer.

Error code C000221 unknown hard error\system

Do these errors appear at system start up?
Did you recently install any programs?
If you did, uninstall the program, that should solve the problem.
If you didn't install any program before the error messages, perform a system restore.

Error while unpacking program, code LP5. Please report to author. what is this how can i solve this. some body send me the answer. i cont download any softwares and songs please help me please send me the...

I also have the same problem,

Error while unpacking program, code LP5.
-It means the software has been corrupted,

In order for you to check what that software is,
analyze the error message and dont close it yet,
Beside the Error message when you minimize it, you should see a logo beside it, make sure you know what that software is.
That software has been corrupted, so you should reinstall it, or uninstall.

Ill give a screenshot so you can understand what i mean .
a3df7b7.jpg

as you can see in the screenshot, i have spotted the software and it is DAP(Download Accelerator Plus Premium).

I can see that in your case, you have a problem with your downloader, as it is the reason why you cant download fromany other sites.

Error Code 0x80004005

The issue is with google earth, is a fault in the software that comes up with certain windows installation.

I report from Google groups:

"
It sounds like Google Pack might be having an issue with installing
Google Earth. You can try downloading Google Earth directly at
http://dl.google.com/earth/client/current/GoogleEarthWin.exe

If you're unable to download anything with Google Pack, you may want
to try looking in the awesome Google Pack Help Center for more
information. You can find the Google Pack Help Center at
http://www.google.com/support/pack/?hl=en"

Also do the following, install it manually from

Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Add Program from CD/Floppy Diskette

thanks
