Hi, when someone calls and you can here and they can here you, it means that the mouth piece of the cell phone is damaged and it needs tobe replaced.

The mouth piece is located at the lower part of the phone.

To get to the place where the mouth piece is located you will have to loosen the phone and get into the phone to be able to replace the mouth piece.

But i would advice if you have no idea about opening up the phone, you could take it to your local repair stores around your area...

Take care..

When i call or someone calls me the call goes threw but i cant hear them and they cant hear me

Hi, when someone calls and when you call someone, and both parties don't hear them self, it means that the mouthpiece which makes the caller hear you when you call, and the earpiece which makes the you hear the caller when he calls, both are damaged.

You will need to replace both the mouthpiece and the earpiece, and problem will be solved.

Take care.

I can not hear someone

when you are on a call just note where your fingers are on the side of the phone.
is there an up and down button on the side?
If so you may be raising and lowering the volume by accident.
when you answer a call press the up arrow on the side and this will raise the earpiece volume but this can only be done with on a call.
