Just installed mobo ms-7091 m atx but find it as no video out ports how do i get a picture.i know its old but its my first attempt at building pc can i just install a graphics card.

I found the user manual here :
http://217.110.237.70/Manuals/Medion%208383XL%20mit%20MS-7091.pdf
Your motherboard provides 1 pci-express x16 slot, so you will need to install a pci-express video card.
Try to get a video card that doesn't need to be powered by the power supply. There are some out there that don't need to be powered, but .....
Most, but not all, pci-e video cards need to be plugged into your main computer power supply to work. If your power supply was designed to power a pci-e video card, it will have a 6 pin pci-e power connector to connect to a pci-e video card. If your power supply doesn't have this connector, you should replace the power supply with one with the pci-e power connector.

My medion radeon x740xl graphics card cant cope with new games.

Your computer has a PCI Express x16 connector. You can replace the card for less than $100; for example, a 9600GT card from NewEgg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127382

Note that card is designed for a PCI Express _2.0_ x16 connector. The card will be more capable than your computer, but will slow down to work with your computer. It's a solid card, reasonable price.

You may want to evaluate how much memory you have and consider upgrading it if you have less than, say, 1gb. Memory's cheap.

I'm trying to locate my video card inside my PC. I have a Medion 7309c Model. Whenever I power my system unit on it goes through the boot process and then goes to a blank screen, so i believe that my video...

Most home user PC's of the last while now have onboard video cards so you would need a new motherboard if the video card were bad. Good news it it's likely that the system's drivers just failed. If you boot to safe mode with networking support you know it's just drivers. When booting with networking support you can find a new driver for your video card or even simply remove the video card from the device manager and reboot. Sometimes the latter works, as just a single file was corrupt and needed to be recopied. If this doesn't work you can start looking at the RAM (since thats technically your video memory). It can be as simple as a bad connection so you can just blow the slots out w/ an air compressor (canned air is too weak) and reseat the RAM. Otherwise test your RAM in someone else's system or get some RAM and try booting. Last of course is the motherboard which hopefully isn't the case for you.

Upgrading motherboard

Dual graphic cards aka SLI require a SLI Power Supply. This is a good option if you want to start building a new system. Another option is just to get the new Nvidia 280 graphic card. Check out Tomshardware.com for a killer article on the latest graphic cards.

How do i fit a new graphics card to my medion pc mt7

Adding a graphics card can be complicated. It is best that you research how to do so on Google thoroughly before attempting to get a new card. Your computers power supply *must* be sufficient to support the card or you might blow up your PC. Check out this youtube video for some visual help.

Now I'm not sure about a Medion PC mt7 for GFX cards. Check you're computer's specifications and see if it has any slots for a GFX card. There are 3 types today: PCI, AGP and PCI-Express.

Make sure you're computer has one of these slots, and check to see if you're graphics card matches the slot inside you're computer.

The video should help you out.
