How can I level the refrigirator doors

By adjusting doors you mean the reason door look uneven or doors wont close them self.
Door can be adjusted by proper level of the fridge. Please remember the front legs or casters should be raised, so the door swings close. Also the door is attached to hinges which have some leverage.

I have a refrigerators model # GLRT188WDSC, the door not level so when you close the door it does not close properly. Is this a manafactures defect?

most fridges have adjustable feet so you can get them to sit correctly on the UNEVEN FLOOR.use a spirit level to confirm.vertical in two planes and of course horizontal.

Heat escaping, uneven baking, longer cooking times

Either the seals need to be replaced, or you may have weak oven door hinges, and the door is not closing properly.
Only solution would be to replace both hinges if this is the case.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.

My refrigerator freezes food in the back but not the front and the door doesn't completely close (looks like the gaskets are to blame). A layer of water forms at the top of the inside of the fridge.

Sounds like all of your woes with this are rooted in the door seal, or lack thereof. Check to see that the fridge is on an even level surface as an uneven surface will skew the box out of square, causing the doors not to close properly. if you can make the door seal, the problems should go away.

Lower door wont stay closed

I doubt it. The problem is probably that the unit is on an uneven or unlevel floor. Make sure all 4 corners are 'solid' and the unit is level. Is the door overloaded? Any hinge damage to either door or loose hardware?
