I recently replaced the passenger front abs wheel speed sensor. Prior to repairing my abs light came on along with the traction control and awd light flashing. I room to autozone and they hooked up Nd threw the speed sensor code. Replaced but lights still on. Hooked back up to maxhine,no longer throwing sensor code but still lights on. Does it take awhile to cycle before lights go off? Also disconnected battery didn't help. Do I need to reset?

Do yourself a favor an take it to a qualified repair shop . You need a factory scan tool to see these code's
DTC C0040 00 : Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit No Additional Information
DTC C0040 0F : Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Erratic Signal
DTC C0040 18 : Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Signal Amplitude Less Than Minimum
DTC C0899: Device Voltage Low
Circuit/System Description
The electronic brake control module (EBCM) monitors the battery voltage level available for system operation. A low voltage condition prevents the system from operating properly.
Circuit/System Testing
Measure the voltage at the battery terminals.
With scan tool, read the battery voltage in the EBCM data list.
? If less than 10 volts, test the ground circuit of the EBCM for high resistance. If the circuit test normal, test or replace the EBCM.
Go to Battery Inspection/Test and Charging System Test .

The traction control uses the ABS wheel speed sensors (1 on each wheel - usually in the wheel bearing assembly). The speed sensor is for your speedometer. Do you have an ABS light on too?
Most common repair to solve the AWD Disable light problem is replace flow valve on the rear differential and also replace 4 pints of VersaTrak at the same time. (I'm a retired GM engineer.)
Had the same problem with my 2002 Lincoln LS, it was a bad wheel speed sensor. The right front wheel bearing had some play in it, so I had the hub assembly replaced. The hub assembly comes with a new wheel speed sensor attached. After I replaced the hub assmbly with sensor, the ABS and Traction Control lights went off. No problem since!
If the brake light is on, check the fluid level immediately and add fluid if necessary.
After that, have the car's OBD-II computer scanned with a 'Brake Scan' tool for OBD-II. This will help to narrow down which wheel speed sensor is giving you trouble. It might be a broken wire, or a bad wheel speed sensor.
The wheel speed sensor sends information to the ABS side and the Traction Control side of the computer module for ABS and Traction Control.
The car will revert to standard braking and regular non braking transmission power distribution to the drive wheels when the ABS and Traction Control lights are both on.
If the ABS light os on the brake and traction control lights will also typically illuminate. Your best option is to have the ABS system scanned to see what is causing the light to come on. Once you know the code(s) it will be a lot easier to figure out what the problem is.
No, it is probably not related. Usually the ABS and traction control light is either a wheel sensor problem, located in one of the wheel bearings, or most likely in the wire harness from the wheel bearing sensor. Remove wires and spray clean with a good solvent electric spray, and check the condition of the receptacle. I have had these problems with my 02 AWD so many times it has become almost routine. GM really have a problem with this type of speed sensor in the wheel bearings. In the AWD model, it keeps the car in FWD if the ABS light is on for any reason. JUNK!
