Problem for LG (GSA-4167B) DVD RW Dual Layer Burner
Lg daul layer bruner HL-DT-ST DVD Ram GSA-4167B, Program not finding drive
I have pruchase Pinnacle Studio V11 to burn same DV footage to DVD. When it comes to burning it, the program is tell me that there is no disc writer device found. The manual said to check the device manager for the firmware version. I went to the manager and clicked properties on the DVD driver went to details, scrolled to Firmware and there was nothing under firmware.
I'm guesting that this does not have firmware or I need an up date.
Where can I get a update driver with firmware?
I have not tried uninstalling the driver and then reinstalling it because I cann't find the disc with the drivers.
