Question about Garden
Has it been sitting and not used for a while? If yes, try removing spark plug and pouring WD-40 or similar penetrating solution in to cylinder through spark plug hole and let it sit in there for a while, (overnight if you can) to loosen oil and compression rings. Dump it out as well as crankcase oil next day and add fresh oil. Now try to start, and use WD-40 spray as quick start spray in throat of carburetor to prime it, and see if she'll go. Had a few lawnmowers do the same after sitting , and this actually worked quite well in getting them going again. Once it starts and gets some running on it, the rings will usually loosen up and be ok., at least for another season.
