- plug an external monitor
- if there's a display on the external monitor, the LCD is defective
- if there are no display at all then its a graphics card issue

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
