Have you checked to ensure that there are no leaks from the hose or any of the connections?

1600mx wont run in forward over load light comes on

Most common reason is that there is paper would around the cutters, imposing an additional load on the machine. You will need to access the cutter assembly (disconnect all power) and manually remove all of the paper that has impinged between the cutters.

If you have run any labels or paper with gummed strips through the cutters, you may wish to consider throwing this one away and buying new. (In all fairness, it "can" be cleaned, but it is going to be a real dickens of a job to do).

If you decide to keep your shredder and clean the cutter assembly, remember to oil it on a regular basis per the instruction manual.

As for me, I use Fellows shredder oil
Fellowes Shredder Oil 12 oz Bottle with Extension Nozzle 35250
and oil my machine every time I dump the cuttings. I run a bead of oil in a serpentine pattern over a sheet of paper and then just shred it. (If you have never oiled the cutters, it may be too late to do so now. Something you need to do on an on-going basis).

2007 freestyle rotor warping

Inspect the wheel hubs for flaws in the rotor mounting surfaces that could prevent rotors from seating properly. Also, check the wheel bearings for slop, roughness or other signs of wear. If the bearing does not rotate smoothly and keep the rotor on center, the rotor will wear unevenly. (Also, pay attention to unusual rumbling sounds when cornering or sudden jerks while braking; these indicate possible wheel bearing problems. The jerking may be caused by the bearing locking up momentarily when the brake changes it load forces.)

Another thing to look at if the problem recurs: take a quick peek at the instrument panel to see if the low traction warning is on. If it is and the road conditions are good, the anti-lock braking system has a false trigger condition. This could be caused by an off-center rotor or a sensor fault. The hard part is identifying which wheel has the problem

Intermittent water on floor

Check the inlet valve hoses, even if inlet is at the back, the water may drip down and flow on the front part on the machine. There you also have the PUMP, a faulty pump may leak intermittently.
Here you get all diagrams and parts for your appliance.

Check you motor coupler by tilting machine back so you can get under. Look under machine, around where the center of the machine was. If you see a black powder, you most likely have a bad coupler. You may even find pieces of black rubber.

Husky 455 dies out at full throttle or under load

Your carb may be the issue but your ignition coil could be the culprit. Once they start going bad, they can act up intermittently or give various symptoms from day to day. The fact that your saw dies at full load or under load, probably means that when your saw gets hot or requires more spark, your coil is not able to provide it. Your carb is easy enough to clean out, you can take it all apart and clean all screens, etc....

I just replaced my coil due to the exact same symptoms and now my saw runs great. $60 off ebay and you can put it on in 15 minutes yourself. Check your carb first though

Lower arm spinning slow/intermittent

running with the door open indicates another fault that could be dangerous unless you have bridged the catch for testing only, water should flow fast and forceful at all times that it circulates, through both spray arms at once, you have to look for blockages in the system, is the waste outlet pipe high enough, this allows the machine to fill adequately so it doesn't pump intermittently, i doubt very much this is an electrical problem hope i have helped a little
