Low presure due to low water, dirty filter or dirty pump basket. Could also be a high draft from being to close to a high wall and this will cause a down draft when cool night air gives more ristense than it can get over. hard to say without more info. Make sure all these things are ok and let me know how you do. Good luck.

Is this a two element 220 Volt heater? Do you know how old the elements are?
I have a feeling your elements need to be replaced.
What are your thoughts on my remarks?

If the the check is put on backwards it will not allow any water to flow. There's usually an arrow. As far as the water pressure goes...check the on - off shut off valve. Also check for obstructions, like bits of O ring or rubber in the supply side of the faucet. They can possibly make it to the valve on the faucet.

You can probally get a manuel on line if you go through Hayward.
When he took the old one out he probally just wired the circut together where the temp assembly goes into the cabnet in the top right front of cabnet in the upper panel. Then the temp probe runs around the side to the water header or manifold. If this is in the orignal spot it is on the right of the heater and easy to find. I'm not sure but if the exchanger has been turned then it will be around the back side of the header and it will be on the left side of the heater. Geting a manuel for this is a good idea anyway, good luck.
