Question about Saniflo 002/003/005 Saniplus Toilet with Macerator Series Pump in White Rou

Open Question

Hello. My Sani-flo pump locks. The plumber has taken it apart twice and when assembled it works fine ,no blockage in pump. The system has a wet vent about 18in back of the sani-dicharge . The sani-vent pipe was dry inside,no water backing up down the pipe. The discharge pipe was 3 sweeping 90 and one 45. When the upstairs tolet is flushed water rocks in sanibowl i think from air being pushed or sucked in the vent pipe. This causes the sani pump to come on and off for a second and discharge water . if a tap is not turned on or toilet flushed how is this water replaced and could it be part of the problem for the unit locking up

SOURCE: hi, I had my sani plus for a year now , the shower doesnt work

so the wc works but notthe shower, where the shower connects in on the saniplus is a not return valve which could be stuck in the closed position??
Have you checked thatthe shower trap isnt blocked with hair etc.
If the wc works & the unit is pumping away then the motor is working ok, so it could be a flow switch problem or as i said thers no flow through the shower waste pipe-work due to a possible blockage

Pool pump squealing

sometimes the gasket from the wet side of the pump fail and the pool water enters the bearing assembly of the pump. if there is a descent pump store, they can change the bearings within an hour. otherwise, a new pump is the solution

3 things
1. Dumps the grounds dry. = Dosage lever or knob is to the max. Reduce by 1 click.
2. Dumps wet and pumps runs for a few seconds. = Needs to be programed. Hold coffee button until it starts to dispense liquid but only when it gets to the amount you want for that button, release the button.
3. Dumps wet and pump runs for 1 minute, then ventilate comes on. = Blockage in the brew head (needs to be taken apart and cleaned) or bent gate valve on injector nozzle (replace gate valve).

Flo code is on and pump won't start up

Flo = Improper flow or pressure switch malfunction or Flow switch malfunction (system specific).

Before you purchase a new pressure switch:
- Clean or replace your filter cartridge (if its older than 1 yr).
- Check that all slice/gate valves are up/open.
- Check water lines for blockages incl. suction cover & ensure sufficient water level in spa.

If you haven't got your answer yet, I can help you, but it seems very late to reply. I have a same model, I take apart it, I see 2 bearings, you probably need puller to get it out.

What is the F21 code and how do I fix it

its a very common fault but there is a lot of frustration around its fix the fault is a block causing your pump to not work correctly the whole pump pipe lines and so on need to be taken off the filters need to be cleaned to perfection the pump must be taken apart and cleared of any small parts that could have pumped into it. then when your sure there are no blocks filters all clean re assemble the unit re connect the hoses and plug the washer back in and it will work fine.

Fill the tub with water, disconnect the supply pipe to the pump and ithe head of water should push out any air

Make sure you can get the hose back on easily before you fill the tub other wise you are going to get wet

BEKO D3422FW Dishwaser stays on the pump out cycle.

I can confirm Solution #2.

This usually happens whe you have a blockage in the waste pipe. For some reason, once you've cleared the blockage, the dishwasher doesn't detect that water has now passed through the system, even if you send through more water via filling the base (I did this about 4 times totalling 24litres of water and it still didn't reset).

Tilt the dishwasher back (I only had to tilt it about 30 degrees), this resets whatever switch it is that turns the pump off and allows it to fill with water.
