Best way would be to clamp an amp-meter on and check draw at time of tripping. If it's been tripping often, that will tend to weaken it. Testing incoming voltage as well to be sure voltage is good is wise as well. If you have low voltage to begin with, that will cause higher amp draw on all circuits.

Circuit breaker making clicking sound after shut bike off and wont stay running do I need to replace breaker

By circuit breaker, do you mean a relay? In which case the clicking is the relay operating. It shouldn't click continuously unless it is faulty and yes it will need replacing.
If the clicking occurs when you are pressing the starter button, then it will be the starter solenoid relay and is an easy cheap fix.
Get back to me if this is the case with your make and model details and I'll try and talk you through it.

GE microwave (Model JE2160SF03) trips breaker when door opened

Remove the control panel, take pictures of the door switch wiring while they are still connected to the door switches, then remove the door switch assembly. Have someone at the appliance store check each switch and repair the ones that are defective.

I purchased a switch for $7, reinstalled the door switch assembly and the microwave is working fine now.

100 amp service. 2 breakers connected together 50 amp each. power was shut off. Had to shut off main before ir was turned back on. when power was restored, breaker would not stay on unless it was done real...

this you would need a meter to tell were the problem is you need to put the meter one on the netrual and one on the main to get a reading then keep doing this for all your breakers , one way to tell if a breaker is bad take it off the main panal put the meter to the screw and copper and see if your getting connuty to it good luck

Have an electrical issue battery voltage at 12.44v but when fuse left second from top is replaced voltage falls to 4.11v When this fuse is in taco etc clicking even though ignition is off.

I'm at a loss to tell you very much since you didn't tell me what year and model bike you're working on. But, you said that something was clicking even with the ignition off. This sounds like a circuit breaker activating. This is why your voltage is dropping. You have a short somewhere. Your meter reads 12 volts when the circuit breaker is "broken". Then when the circuit breaker resets, the short pulls the voltage down to 4 volts until the breaker again trips. This really sounds like the main circuit breaker under the dash of a Softail to me. Investigate where the clicking is coming from and you'll probably find a small metal device with two screws on it. Feel of it and if it is what's clicking trace to where those wires are going.

Good Luck

Breaker box clicks on then air conditioner still running but warm

When you say breaker box clicks and then warm air, are you referring to the actual breaker switch in your power panel, or clicking at your ceiling assembly? When the breaker trips, the air conditioner should shut down completely, is that what happens? The compressor kicking in and out could cause circuit breaker to trip. Did the electrician record incoming voltage supply, and what was it ? 115 volts?

No power electrical circuit

Breakers are pretty dumb... they are on or off (I guess technically tripped as well, but that is off) if it clicks and stays on it is probably good. Check the voltage on the load side.

More than likely a device failed between the breaker and where you are testing it.

Side lights stay on perminantly, car turned off.

I can not tell you what is shorting, however if you have a car manual you will see circuit breakers in the fuse panel. The quick resetting sounds like circuit breakers working. You may be able to feel the clicking if you put your finger on the breaker. Then remove it and see what does not work. You may be able to isolate the problem enough to trace it. Good Luck

Will not stay "ON"

that clicking is probably arcing from a loose wire somewhere like on a outlet or the hot wire is touching a ground ( metal) somewhere.. you have to disconnect every light and outlet that the fuse is on and one by one reconnect them to find the culprit...Also it is possible for the breaker itself to be bad
