When I load Emergency Fire Response (also known as Fire Department in Europe) it doesn't work. When I click "play" after the game has been installed I get an error message pop up from Starforce Protection Technology saying that an error occured. How can I fix this? I googled this Starforce and it looks like it is a software copy protection tool. I have the original disc for the game, it's not a pirated copy so I'm not sure why I'm getting this error,

Is your CD dirty or does it have any cracks? It might just be the problem. Otherwise, it could be corrupt game data. Clean the disc, if it still doesn't work I'd try deleting the game utility data and re-downloading it. Hope this helps in some way or another.
Try checking whether you have the latest versions of Adobe Shockwave and Flash players: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome If that doesn't work, look into removing old versions of the programs: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html Check again when you're done, to make sure you have the latest versions. Also, when I play some games on fb, I have to right click on the main screen of the game once it loads and choose low quality, and clear the browser cache*, in order to make them run reasonably fast.(*Delete browsing history in IE 8 by clicking on Tools, then Delete Browsing History; make sure all boxes are checked except the top one, and click ok. Wait for it to work- if it doesn't within a few seconds, minimize the main window until it does.) Good luck, and I hope this helps!

Yes, you can use European PS3 in Philippine, only if you don't play any region-locked DVD or Blu-ray. Also, if you want to watch some Pinoy movies on your PS3, here is a post including many sites for free download: https://www.leawo.org/entips/pinoy-movies-download-1409.html?fx=1409
