Here at Fixya we are a Technical advice oriented website, we offer that only and have no resources to either look up parts are any inventory to provide them. I suggest you try and find a local distributor for the product that can order what you need. I would also do a Goggle search for suppliers of small wheels, they may be able to match up what you have to a "suitable" substitute.
