Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Hi i have a technika lcd 39 c-273 tv and when switched on just says DO NOT POWER OFF SCAN and just keeps continuously scanning, any ideas? thanks

It may be looking for a connection to the Internet to do an update download, or maybe a bug fix. Do you nave internet? At least check the manual for updating and what the requirements are. Maybe a bluetooth connection to the tv is being searched for.

Hi, each TV has its own specific set of codes it uses. But regarding universal remotes and programming them they are all different. universal remote manufactured by "one for all" might have the working set of codes for your TV under code 1234, and universal remote "RCA" might have the working code for your TV under 987. so the code depends on the universal remote you are using.

So we need to know the brand and model number of your universal remote you are programming to find you the correct code. And even if we do find the correct remote and manual for your universal, there is a big possibility that the universal remote will still not work.
