My profile has been hacked, and sends ugly videos to my friends. How do I report or fix this ?

If You Believe Your Facebook Account Has Been Hacked:

1. Go to the Facebook Account Compromise Reporting Page
2. Click the "My Account Is Compromised" button
3. On the "Identify Your Account" page, enter either your e-mail address, phone number, Facebook username, or your name and the name of one of your friends.
4. Follow the instructions provided to report your account as compromised.
5. Once your account has been reinstated and is back under your control, reset your Facebook password from the "Account Settings" page by clicking the "Change" link under the "My Account" Password section.
6. From the Facebook Privacy Settings page, click on "Apps and Websites". Under the "Apps, You Use" section, click "Edit Settings" and then click on the "X" to delete any suspicious/malicious apps that may have been used to compromise your account.
7. Alert your friends that your account was hacked and warn them not to click on any links that the hackers who compromised your account may have posted on their walls, in chat sessions, or in Facebook e-mails that the hackers sent to them.
Again, to help prevent this from happening in the future, consider enabling features such as Facebook Login Approvals and any other Facebook authentication approval process that relies on multiple authentication factors.
A few simple steps can greatly improve your Facebook security and privacy.

How do I contact a live person regarding my gmail account?

This is from Eth@n :
Gmail doesn't provide phone support. If your account has been compromised and you aren't able to access it, you can file a report:
https://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/request.py?ara=1

If your account has been compromised but you can access your account, you should change your password and security question as soon as possible:

I can"t open my facebook!!!!

No one likes the idea of losing control of personal information such as that which is on your Facebook account. Unfortunately, if you are not careful you can lose control of your account to a hacker or a virus. Your account may be disabled, or you might not be able to log in with your password. There are several ways that things can go wrong, and the Facebook team addresses all of them.

  1. Account Compromised and Disabled
    • If someone else is using your Facebook account for illicit activities such as sending spam or abusive messages, Facebook will disable it if the activities have been detected. If this is the case, your account has been compromised. To address this problem, fill out the "My Personal Profile Was Disabled" form, at http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=disabled. The Facebook team will work with you to restore your account to you.
    Account Disabled but Not Compromised
    • Everyone who registers as a Facebook user agrees with Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. If you violate this agreement, Facebook can disable your account permanently. If your account has not been compromised but you believe it was disabled by mistake, fill out the "My Personal Profile Was Disabled" form (http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=disabled). The Facebook team will review your case and restore your account if you did not violate policy.
    Temporary Suspension
    • Sometimes Facebook temporarily disables accounts that are engaged in suspicious behavior. If this is the case with your account, you will receive a message indicating this when you try to log in. Follow the on-screen instructions to regain access to your account.
Account Compromised and Log in Changed
    • If someone has taken over your account and changed your password so you cannot access it, Facebook will help you take back control. Report the compromised account and work with Facebook to verify your identity to get it back.
I hope you find it very helpful. Best regards.

I have had my f/b hacked and guy has took over with his pic and his name ,and am not getting any answer from facebook !!!!

If your account has been compromised, you can check Facebook's Help Center: Security. There, you will see all the information on how to retrieve your account back. They have an option for that you can click on, like Compromised Account (Your Account or My Friend's Account), Money Transfer Scam (Your Account or My Friend's Account) and so on. They will show you step-by-step on how to get your account back. I hope this helps.
