PUK code is directly related to your SIM and if you attempt wrong three times your sim will be rejected and you need a replacement. What you need is to find the sim packet or jacket when you bought your sim card its mentioned on that and if you don't have that packet or wrapper then you need to contact your cellular provider they will give you the PUK code.
