Have you checked the limit switch up by the blower assembly? It is probably mounted on the blower housing.

Goodman gas furnace high limit switch

A volt/ohmmeter is only $3 at a place like Harbor Freight. Goodmans are known for overheating. Often the overheat switch is a one shot item that needs to be replaced every time it throws.
Think if it more like a fuse that melts.

I have a GM100-4 the fan is not blowing and the indicator light is blinking four times.

on most of goodman equipment they have on the door panel or on the actual label inside the furnace what that code actually means... the sequence of operation is as follows though...
the thermostat calls for heat if a digital thermost can take up to 5 minutes..once the call is made the enducer draft motor comes on located in the burner side(small fan) it will run for approx 20-30 seconds and then activates the negative pressure switch which is round and has a plastic tube coming from the enducer draft housing and connected to the pressure switch. the pressure switch once activated then will bring on the hot surface ignitor (porcelien glow plug looking device in behind burner assembly) once the hot surface ignitor gets red hot it milivolts back to the board are sent to the gas valve to open and light..there then should be a metal rod also behind the burner that senses the flame called a flame sensor and keeps the gas valve opened if current there. after heating up to temperature the blower motor should come on.there also is limit devices on the side of burners called roll out limits usually resettable by pushing the black buttons in the middle. there is a high heat limit going into cavity looks like cardboard with 2 prongs but if bad usually will keep fan running all the time there is also a blower limit attached to the blower motor housing that should be closed unless bad... unplug unit and watch it where does it fail/also look for code and repost if you need more help.

Goodman dependable 92,7years old. Furnace works sometimes. Checked out by qualified technican. no problem found. Constant checks shows troubleshooting light blinks three (3) times. Help please. 3...

This indicates a open limit switch on the furnace, the heat exchanger is getting to hot therefore the limit switch is opening and not allowing the furnace to work properly. Did the techinician check the limit switch on the unit?

Furnace will not respond to thermostat call for heat. Thermostat has been replaced with no effect. Have been informed it may thermocouple problem. Please advise. Thank you.

there's no thermocouple.there is many other safeties.hears what happens when you turn on;.1 draft inducer motor comes on. if all is ok with vent, then; 2 ignightor turns on .after a few seconds; 3 gas valve turns on if all limit switches and inducer switch are closed;.4 flame sensor checks for flame.after short delay fan comes on.if any safety switch is open theres no heat.look in little window and count red blinking light.theres a chart inside cover that will tell you whats wrong.some times theres water in tube going from draft inducer to diafram switch.the limits around fire box can be reset by pushing button in center.if theres no red light then low voltage transformer may be bad theres also a little fuse on board.if its blown you need to find out why.also any of these parts can go bad at any time.good luck

I have a goodman GMP 125-5 furnace. I have

sounds like the primary limit typically behind the gas valve its larger then the others, rectangle in shape with 2 wires going to it. be careful if your bypassing limit this can create a very hazardous condition

Witch blower is running, the inducer or the systems blower?
System blower could mean the the high limit is opening and shutting down the systems gas train, I would check this out first.

The other problem could be with the pressure switch for the gas train, it is supplied from the inducer motor, check to see if it is operating fully.

HSI boards do go from time to time, this sounds more like a system control problem.
