More problems yet?

I am waiting on my 4th one each time the wait is longer . Yes I am interested in a class action law suit.

I agree! They need to pay for the shipping also and get rid of that model! RCA told me that it was being recalled, so why would they send out the same model? Walmart quit selling it (I bought it less than a year ago).

I totally agree with you. It is one thing to be taken care of with a new unit AND new model and quite another to get the very same thing. I have read several posts that others are having the very same problems with the replacement unit. I also asked for reimbursement of the shipping to get the first piece of junk back to them and received nothing.....while it looks like others were send a shipping label for free shipping. I am NOT a happy RCA customer.... Wasn't that RCA of Mexica???

I would like to do something to get the attention of Tomson, like a law suit, they have no regard for their customers or their products, all they want is your money.
