Are there any special tools needed to replace a hub bearing on the rear passenger side with E brake on a 2007 Impala?

Just a socket set. You remove the wheel, take the drum off (or the brake caliper and rotor if it's disc brake) and remove the 4 bolts on the back side of the hub. They are usually 13mm or 15mm 12 point bolts. You may need to tap it with a hammer to get the bearing assembly off of the axle. That's it!

Cant get brake drum off of 1997 chevy lumina looking for diagram for brake release

Ok, this is what I used to do when I was a mechanic at Sears.
I would get a medium weight ball peen hammer and hit the drum left and right sides until it got loose.

Make sure the parking brake is not engaged, of course.

This should loosen up the rust that builds up around the hub, and also press the drum brake shoes in a little so that you can remove the drum.

I've never broken a drum this way, and if it would break, it probably was worn out anyway at that point, was the rational.

Hope this helps.

Can't get rear brake drums off.

1 - Remove the tire and rim
2 - clean the hub surface as sometimes there is a hold down screw through the drum into the hub. (probably not on this car, but look anyway)
On drum brakes the shoes will wear into the drum and have to be adjusted back out for the drum to be removed.
There is a slot on the back of each brake backing plate for this.
Remove the rubber or plastic plug and insert 1 small screwdriver (standard) and 1 larger one (or a brake adjusting spoon) into the opening.
The smaller one is to lift the locking plate away from the adjuster wheel, and the larger one is to rotate the wheel to loosen the brake shoes until the drums will come off.
There are many diagrams for drum brakes on the web, so please get familiar with the basic parts first.

How to assemble back tire barrens and other parts pic of how inside parts go 20 inch huffy

I'm guessing this bike has a rear coaster brake. I really don't suggest overhauling a coaster brake hub and it is unlikely a diagram for your huffy exist but here is a link to a general coaster brake hub diagram. It should be very similar to what you are working on.

Hope this helps!
