Question about Samsung Televison & Video
I am sorry to hear regarding the trouble. This is a common problem on most of the sets. By unplugging or switching it off, you have actually soft reset the TV and made it work temporarily. Unfortunately, this is an internal problem and needs repair.I would be able to provide more appropriate solution to your problem if you could answer the below questions :-
.1. How old is the unit?
2. Is there any power surge?
3. Kindly mention the model of the TV?
4. When the screen went black, did you still hear the sound?
5. Any smoke or pop up noise or clicking noise?
Let me know,so that we could proceed.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
