Go to http://www.repairmanualclub.com/ and register. (It's free and only requires your e-mail address.)
After you register, verify your e-mail and then login. Then go to: http://www.repairmanualclub.com/motomanuals/index.php?dlid=1014
That is a link to the G series manual for 1972-86 models.

MT-049728 is the serial number on this kv75 mini bike can you tell me what year and it's aproxamate worth Kawasaki

The Kawasaki MT1 was manufactured from1971 to 1975. The motorcycle was renamed the Kawasaki KV75 and continued production from 1976 to 1980. The 1971 model featured external spring forks which were modified to internal spring forks for the 1973 model year. In 1976 the seat was modified to feature a latch and the air filter was upgraded to a washable foam type element. Riding the KV75 is a blast - the automatic 3-speed transmission is easy to operate and the single cylinder, two stroke engine produces a non-intimidating 4.2 HP @6,500 rpm. The MT / KV75 was designed to be easy to travel with as it featured fold down handlebars so that parents could easy stow the bike in the trunks of most vehicles.

There are various sites that offer VIN number decoding, but your serial number is too short.

Need rings!! for 1976 kawasaki ke 125

It looks like Babbitt's has the parts. Pistons and rings are sold in 3 sizes; standard, .020 oversize and .040 oversize. I would suggest you have the cylinder bored and install new piston, rings and needle bearing.
Go to www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrand/default.aspx
You might want to install new crank bearings and seals as well but that involves an engine teardown. Please rate my answer. Thanks.

I need a wiring diagram for my 175 cc Kawasaki KE 1976 all the indicator wiring pluss lights have been stripped off the bike pluss?? whats the other spark plug in the head for ?

A service manual is a very valuable tool, esp. with a bike of that age. Dealer, mfr. and clymer books are sources for that. Meantime, the public library may have your info in the 646 stacks of reference section.

Not sure about 2nd plug. If its wired, then its to insure you get ignition in the cylinder. Some mfr's did that for a while.

Try the web. Google "motorcycle salvage kawasaki" You can probably find one there. Sorry, but getting it shipped to Africa is out of my league.
