Hi there, i have fixed the problam not atfter a lot of trouble i ended up takeing the laptop to a IT comoputer guy who wiped off the whole of the vista progam & reinstalling it & thanks to him i now have it up & running as there is no way ave fixed it, i will see how it goes now if i have anymore problams i will sure to get in touch with you
