Assuming that it has printed before, check the cables to the computer and printer and be sure they are plugged in and powered up. If it all looks good then power down the printer and the computer and wait 2 minutes and then power them back up and try again. If it still does not work, then go into the printer software, usually you can right click on the printer on the task bar and go into utilites and see if there are any jobs pending. If so, click on the pending jobs and cancel all of them and try again.
