Dude, I had the same problem, the screen everything works fine when I use the TV out,

Check it out and tell me. I already call Sony and they will replace it with a new one, I recommend you call them if you still your warranty and your receipt.

How to upload pictures? what are the properties of a PSP image

Hi, charlesleigh!
The PSP supports most common image formats, to upload the images do the following
  1. Insert a Memory Stick into the Memory Stick slot in the left side of the PSP. Depending on how many photos you want it to hold, you may need to get a larger one than the stick that came with your system.
  2. Turn on the PSP.
  3. Plug a USB cable into the back of the PSP and into your PC or Mac. The USB cable needs to have a Mini-B connector on one end (this plugs into the PSP), and a standard USB connector on the other (this plugs into the computer).
  4. Scroll to the "Settings" icon on the home menu of your PSP.
  5. Find the "USB Connection" icon in the "Settings" menu. Press the X button. Your PSP will display the words "USB Mode" and your PC or Mac will recognize it as a USB storage device.
  6. If there isn't one already, create a folder called "PSP" on the PSP Memory Stick -- it shows up as "Portable Storage Device" or something similar -- (you can use Windows Explorer on a PC, or Finder on a Mac).
  7. If there isn't one already, create a folder called "PHOTO" inside the "PSP" folder (on newer firmware versions, this folder may also be called "PICTURE").
  8. Drag and drop image files into the "PHOTO" or "PICTURE" folder just as you would save files in another folder on your computer.
  9. Disconnect your PSP by first clicking on "Safely Remove Hardware" on the bottom menu bar of a PC, or by "ejecting" the drive on the Mac (drag the icon into the trash). Then unplug the USB cable and press the circle button to return to the home menu.

If this didn't fix your issue please let me know. Hope this helped you!

My nephew drop my psp while playing, sound and the the light turns on, but the screen its just black with no image on it?

Sounds like the screen is either damaged, or the connection has become undone. Try CPR in NYC, they do repairs in house, and usually have them done within a week. You could ship your unit directly to them.
Here is the website:

Hope it helps!

Is there a program on how to convert a powerpoint to my psp?

There is no way you can put your PowerPoint Slides on your PSP, it's just not supported or created yet. You can still put images in your images folder by plugging your PSP into your computer and adding a folder called "PHOTO" on your PSP memory stick.

Dont know how to download pictures

You can do it one of 3 ways.
1- Use the sony media manager and connect to your computer using usb cord. Sony Media manager found here- http://www.us.playstation.com/psn/mediamanager?LC-lps&FTTR=PSP_mediamanager_bottomleft_mediamanagerdetailpage
2- Connect PSP to computer using USB cord, then go under my computer, and select the psp memory card(whatever its called). Then make a folder titled "PICTURE", and drag pics from your computer into your folder.
3- Over the internet on your psp. Go find an image on internet, put cursor over it, then click triangle. Go to file, then save image. That will download the image to your psp memory card

How can i transfer image vedio and games from pc to psp the new one 3004

You have to make sure that your videos are .MP4 format. I forgot what other formats are acceptable with your psp. But this is what I use and have had no problems since then and I have own a psp since it's release. As far as that goes.

Now games is another story. The only way you will be able to put "games" on your psp is if you bought them off of the PSN store from sony's site (and mind you most of then are PS1 games). The only reason I'm saying this is because it sounds like you have an OFW (offical firmware) psp. If you have an CFW psp, please say so then I can go from there.

First of all do not insert memory stick in PSP ON mode and if you are using memory stick with red strip as shown in image so please try it with the bottom type as shown in image then too your problem is not solved it means in your PSP there is memory card module PCB which is faulty.
