Question about Conexant Systems Multimedia Audio Controller
Good day, In regards to your problem you try this steps to check if this will resolve your problem
1. Make sure that the volume is not set to low
2. check if the driver or your audio controller is detected by going to device manager
> click start
> go to control panel
> choose device manager
> click sound,video and game controller
> check if conexant if installed
3. if conexant is not installed you need to have the driver reinstalled

4. Then restart your pc after the installation to finalized it
5. check if your laptop's audio is working
