Question about Cell Phones
This is a Java (OS) error and is usually caused by a application or possibly a file that is corrupted. Lets start with the easy stuff and see if we can get this corrected.
Try this first in this EXACT order!
Remove the battery from the phone and wait 20 seconds, then, with the battery still out, plug it into your wall charger, then place the battery back in and turn the phone back on.
You do that by downloading the Blackberry Desktop software if you don't already have it (see link below.) Then plug in your Blackberry, open up the software and go to "Device" and then down to "update my device." and see if there is a update available.
In case, if that would not help, you need to get the new phone. You could also call Verizon and see, if there is any recent update for your phone.
