The heating element is located there. Have you got a clear vent to outside? Using the rigid metal pipe?

Epson Stylus R230 Magenta Not working

Hi i'm a printer Technician
The problem of your printer could be that the surface of the printhead is dirty, and the Cleaning pad/tab doesn't work so good..

Here's a guide i wrote that I done multiple times on my customers printers:

1. Power on the printer, and when the carriage moves from the right to the left side instantly disconnect the power cord.

2. Move the Printer carriage (where the cartridges are installed) on the EXTREME LEFT side, please do it very slowly!

3. Take a syringe of hot water but not boiling, MAX. 70-75 °C

4. Expect the extreme right side of the printhead.. You could be able to see a little squared pad, dirty of ink, and on the left side of that PAD you could see a little rubber strip.

5. Take a tissue of paper and dab the furface of the Cleaner Pad (The squared pad you seen)

6. Take a new tissue of paper and place on it some hot water

7. Without burning your hands try to clean as soon as possible the rubber strip on the right part of the Pad.
It would be completely without ink on it

8. Take the hot water syringe and place some hot water on the Cleaner Pad (the amount of water is proportionate to the printer, you have to place water until you see that the surface of the pad is COMPLETELY full of water.

9. Gently move the carriage VERY SLOWLY on the extreme right side of the printer (where there's the Cleaning Pad)

10. Leave the printer like so for 3-5 hours, then restart the printer and do 2-3 cleaning cycles, better with a brand new black cartridge

11. Do a test print (Nozzle Check) and see if there are some changes!

Hope the Best!!

New whirlpool dishwasher when in use drips from right side.

Check if the dishwasher is level side to side and front to back. (you can generally tell if the edge of the tub has an even space between it and the cabinet at top and bottom, and the tub is not further in or out on top or bottom in relation to the edge of the cabinet. Also, make sure the door is not hitting the cabinet edge when you close the dishwasher door.

The strip between the freezer and refrig door is extremely hot. Never felt hot before. It is not the door, but the refrig and freezer itself. The refrig is still cold and freezer is frozen.

The heat you are feeling is normal, I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you start having a problem with cooling you may want to look into getting a repair guy to look at it but many refrigerators will heat up in that strip between the fridge and freezer.

Hi, the fridge side of my lg is not cooling enough. The freezer is fine. The black compressor in the back is extremely hot to the touch. What can I do?

If the evaporator fan stops that is next to the compressor that will cause this. The compressor being so hot does indicate that the compressor is under a load and possibly the fan or the start relay is causing the compressor to cut itself off too many times. I believe you have a sneaky condenser fan stop during its job and causes the compressor to overheat.

DE stands for "drain error". The first thing the washer always does when started is run the drain pump for 2 minutes. If somthing is jammed in the drain pump (paperclip, bobbypin,) then the motor can't run and you get the error. Also if the drain hose is blocked or the boot from the bottom of the tub to the drain pump assembly you get the same thing. Check the filter basket (behind the door in the lower left of the front).

LG Dishwasher - drain hose replacement

Hello, I have just installed a similar model, and took the side panel off to see how it was put together ;)

The drain hose goes in the back of the dishwasher, then loops up the right side (as you are looking at the front)(this is to act as a "trap" to keep sewer gases from coming back into your washer, I assume), and then connects to the drain pump under the washer.

In order the change the hose, you will need to remove the left side panel, and the bottom panel, and this will give you access to the entire hose....

Hope this helps!
