SOURCE: three wire system, going to a five terminal

The Rc and Rh should have a jumper wire between them let it in. and hook the red wire to one of them it does not matter which one as they are jumpered. The white wire goes on the "w" terminal and the Blue wire will go on the "G" green terminal to run your fan.
This should get you up and running again!

How do I reconnect the capacitor?

Not easy to explain. The capacitor is split, it has two values, or like two capacitors connected internally with a center tap between them. Two capacitance values, maybe 5uf and 20uf, the lower value for the fan motor and the higher for the compressor, with terminals C-common, F-fan, M-compressor.
Capacitor terminal C is the center tap and that takes 3 connections, line (power) - fan line common to capacitor, and Compressor line common to capacitor. Notice the fan and compressor have a power line not common to capacitor, just power line.
Capacitor terminal F has one wire connecting to Fan terminal C, fan may have three or four terminal writes, two for power with one power being common to capacitor connection and the other power alone, two power connection wire leads. Fan motor third line is capacitor, connects to the capacitor alone. Four wire configuration fan motor is not likely your needs. Omit or ask again for further explanation.
Compressor is similar to fan, only with a capacitance value higher than for tha fan motor. Two power leads, one straight power, the other power lead connects to the capacitor power. The third compressor lead connects alone to the capacitor.
The with is to draw a diagram and level the colors of each lead and terminal lavels too. The motors nameplate may indicate wire color code, the a-c nameplate wiring diagram may be present in the control wron wiring compartment, the goal is to find clues or to trace each wire and verify what they connect or do, take notes on your drawing.
Basically the motor has three terminals, L1 - L2 - C, or C- S-R (Common, Start,Run)

Wiring diagram for three phase power with two 200 amp service boxes inside building

This work requires a license (or qualified person) everywhere that the National Electrical Code is enforced.

If you're asking how to wire a single phase 200 amp panel from a larger, 3 phase panel of the same voltage - ONE way is to install a 2 pole - 200 amp breaker into the 3 phase panel. Provide 4 correctly sized conductors with the correct insulation in a cable or conduit between the 3 phase panel and the 200 amp single phase panel. Two of these conductors should be black and red (for 120/208 volt system) and connect to the 2 pole - 200 amp circuit breaker terminals, the third should be white and connected to the neutral bus bar. The forth should be green and is connected to the neutral bus bar as well but *only if* it is "service equipment" If it is a "main or sub panel", the green wire should be connected to the ground bus bar. The other end of the conductors should be terminated in a "main lug only" 200 amp panel. The back and red connect to "line 1" and "line 2" bus lugs, the white to the neutral bus bar that is NOT electrically connected to the panel enclosure (do not install the screw or strap between the bar and enclosure). The green must be connected by installing a separate bar that is securely fastened both mechanically and electrically to the enclosure for ground connections.

There is a great deal going on here - and plenty of variables that can change how to do this work, safely and correctly. This is an example of just ONE of many different ways to do the work for a particular installation. There is no one way that works for all situations. If your situation does not support this method - you will have an unsafe installation and subject the building and people in it to a dangerous fire / safety hazard.

Please, consult a licensed electrician before attempting this work.

How do i install a 3 way switch with 12/2 wire?

Three-way switches require a three-wire cable: the power wire, the neutral wire, and the traveler or switch wire.
The cable should also have a ground wire, or a total of four wires in the cable. The system also requires three-way switches. The switches are wider than regular single-pole switches and they have three terminal screws on the side (sometimes back) of the switch housing. Two terminals will be on one side of the switch housing; one terminal on the other side.

Install a four lead plug onto a dryer with a three lead plug. Which wires to which terminals

The following link explains how to correctly install a power cord on your appliance:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3575913-installing_a_220_vac_appliance_cord

The main difference is how the Neutral (WHITE) wire and Ground (GREEN or BARE COPPER) wire are terminated on the terminal block in the back of the dryer:

- In a 3-wire configuration, these two wires are connected together via a ground strap at the terminal block.

- In a 4-wire configuration these two wires are independent of each other are NOT terminated together. Neutral is terminated at the terminal block and ground is terminated to the equipment cabinet via a ground lug.

NOTE: Newer homes built after the year 2000 REQUIRE a 4-wire configuration to be in complaince with the National Electric Code. In addition, some newer appliances may not work correctly without a 4-wire power cord. You want to refer back to your installation instructs to verify your power requirements.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

Changing from three prong to four prong and don't know how to hook up the cord to the dryer

The following link explains how to correctly install a 4-prong power cord on your dryer:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r793520-3_prong_4_prong_power_cord_conversion

The primary difference between the two configurations is how the Neutral and Ground wires are terminated at the terminal block. In a 3-wire configuration, these two wires are terminated together via a grounding strap. In a 4-wire configuration these two wires are independent of each other and should NOT be terminated together. If you have any questions about this repair, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

WIRING DIAGRAM TO REPLACE (4) 3 WAY SWITCHES IN EXISTING WIRING. (1) SWITCH HAS 4 TERMNALS.

Look carefully at the box you got the switch out of.

A 4 way circuit normally sits between two three way switches. The 4 way makes and breaks the wires that ONLY travel between the two 3 way while the third wire on the three way is "line" or "load"

Since you are replacing an existing set of switches, pay attention to the terminals of the devices you are removing. You will see that the screws on the terminals have distinctive colors. Hook them to the new switches the same way.

Again, look carefully at the diagram thaat is on or inside the box

I hope I have not confused you with this explaination.

MY DRYER IS NOT HEATING UP. 220 VOLT CONNECTION ON BACK OF DRYER- NEED WIRING DIAGRAM OR WHERE DOES BLACK WIRE GET ATTATCHED IN BACK OF DRYER. THERE IS A BLACK WIRE HANGING THAT IS CONNECTED TO A BLACK BOX...

The following link explains how to correctly install a power cord to the terminal block of a dryer:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r793520-3_prong_4_prong_power_cord_conversion

Take note of the difference between a 4-wire and 3-wire configuration. The color codes for both installations are as follows:

RED - HOT (120 VAC)
BLACK - HOT (120 VAC)
WHITE - NEUTRAL (0 VAC)
GREEN - Ground

The main difference between the two configurations is how the Neutral wire and Ground wire is installed.

In a 3-wire configuration ground and neutral are connected together at the terminal block.

In a 4-wire configuration ground and neutral are INDEPENDENT of each other. Neutral is terminated at the terminal block, while ground is terminated on a ground lug on the equipment cabinet.

If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope you find this information helpful.
